University Information & Computing Services (UICS) provide, maintain and support the corporate IT systems available to staff and students. The procedure and forms required to register for access to computing systems are available here. In addition, details of the services and facilities available are detailed including PC Caledonia, webmail, wi-fi areas, remote access, training and Vision, the virtual learning environment.

The UICS Training Programme supports all University staff and students who use the computing systems. Workshops and tutorials are provided for staff, helping you appreciate the potential of your software or focus on a specific feature of your software that interests you. Induction sessions and a program of IT Skills Workshops are available for students. Training can be tailored to meet your specific needs and objectives.
