Our Staff Administration and Support Services are listed here. The services available include Human Resources, library, records, information and computing services. There are also services for staff welfare, sport and exercise, catering and residences as well as pastoral services and career development. In addition a number of external organisations provide services for staff members covering areas such as banking, insurance, nursery care a bookshop and more.

The University is governed and managed by a number of bodies, officers and officials and these are outlined here. The University's arrangements for assuring the quality of programmes and maintaining the standards of its academic awards and credit are outlined here. Human Resources provides help and information relating to both personnel and staff development issues. Estate and Building Services are responsible for the management and maintenance of all University land and buildings, the planning and execution of all new building projects and refurbishment, and the provision of Central Support Services. University Information & Computing Services (UICS) provide, maintain and support the corporate IT systems available to staff and students. The services of Press and Public relations are detailed here including handling media enquiries, corporate publications, internal communications, news and events, the University website and managing the corporate brand.
