Any undergraduate student wishing to temporarily suspend their studies, apply for an extension to their period of study (over and above one additional year, which can be approved by the Head of School), apply for a further examination opportunity or appeal against their progression decision should apply to the Undergraduate Studies Committee. All applications must be submitted on the Student Appeal Form and any supporting documents attached.
The Discipline Appeals Board is responsible for considering appeals made against the Discipline Committee.
The Discipline Committee deals with student disciplinary matters of a major nature in the first instance and with appeals in the case of minor offences against a decision of a Dean, Warden or the Librarian.
