The School has four programme areas: Accountancy and Finance; Economics; Languages and Intercultural Studies; and Management. The School is one of the largest in the University and is based at the Edinburgh, Scottish Borders (Galashiels) and Dubai campuses. This handbook has been designed to help new or continuing students to understand the responsibilities they have for their fees and to provide them with the information that enables them to arrange payment in good time. Heriot-Watt University expects all students to have full funding for fees in place before commencing their chosen course of study. Whether all your tuition fees are being paid by a sponsor or funding body or you are self-financing part or all of your tuition fees, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that your tuition fees are paid in full within Heriot-Watt University's terms.
