Research is cross-disciplinary, involving the integration of microwave electronics, microactuation, optoelectronics and microsystems packaging, and high-level design of microsystems. The three main research themes are: microsystems design and manufacturing, RF-MEMS and advanced microwave devices, and optoelectronic and Microsystems packaging.
