Therefore this guide has been provided to help you understand the requirements of the regulations, including the obligations placed upon by Heriot-Watt University, and your responsibilities as a user. This guide also sets out to give you some advice on how to best use the furniture and other aspects of the workstation to make you comfortable whilst working at your workstation.
